reliable and experienced security in a dangerous world

As you already know, illegal aliens are flooding north into the United States across the
US/Mexico Border by the hordes, estimated as high as 12,000 per day.  What you may not
know is this:  Border Patrol Chief David Auguilar said that by June, 2005 his agency had
already apprehended 119,000 other than Mexicans (OTM's).  That puts his agency on pace
for 150,000 OTM apprehensions by the end of the fiscal year.  The Border Patrol admits that
they capture
only one in five illegal aliens crossing the U.S./Mexico Border.  (You do the math.)
The OTM's have come from some places as Iraq, Iran, Syria and other terrorist sponsoring countries.

Consider these facts:

  1. A Bangladeshi Muslim man named Fakhrul Islam was among a group of 13 illegal aliens arrested near Brownsville,
Texas, just across the border from Mexico.  Border Patrol agents have said that one of the men detained along with
Islam was a member of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), a violent Salvadoran criminal gang with more than 300,000
members across Central and North America, including powerful enterprises in several major U.S. cities.  "In July,
Adnan El-Shukrijumah, a high-ranking Al-Qaeda leader and one of the most wanted terrorists in the world, was
spotted in Honduras meeting with members of MS-13.  Attorney General John Ashcroft has said that El-Shukrijumah,
who he has described as a 'clear and present danger to America,' is seeking ways to infiltrate the U.S. via the Mexican
border, and is willing to pay top dollar in order to do so."
  2. The Mexican president's national-security advisor, Adolfo Aguilar Zinser, announced in late May 2001 that the
Mexican government is taking steps to end the presence of Spanish and Islamic terrorist groups in Mexico.
According to Aguilar, the Basque Fatherland and Liberty Party, or ETA, and Islamic terrorist groups had sought
refuge in Mexico.  Mexico is concerned that these groups will establish, or have already established, contacts with
Mexican armed organizations that could lead to terrorist acts within Mexico.  Although Aguilar did not specifically
mention Hezbollah, the Lebanese Shi'ite terrorist organization, Hezbollah responded quickly, denying that it has any
bases in Mexico, thereby raising suspicions that it does.
  3. "We believe there is an international Salafist jihadi movement with a goal to attack the near enemy and far enemy -
the U.S.," says Richard Shultz, an international security expert at Tufts University's Fletcher School in Medford, Mass.
"These terrorists are smart.  They study these issues and learn from one other.  And one way in is right through the
    southern security perimeter."
  4. The Chicago Tribune reported in August 2004, on the arrest of Salim Boughader Macharrafille, a Tijuana, Mexico
café owner, on charges of smuggling Arabs into this country.  The Tribune wrote that the case set off alarm bells
among U.S. security officials, because it illustrated the vulnerability of the U.S./Mexico border.

Consider the following 5 statements by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson given at a Senate Floor Speech 16 March 2005
to President George.W. Bush (page S 2828).

  1. "In Detroit, Mahmoud Youssef Kourani was indicted in the Eastern District of Michigan on one count of conspiracy
to provide material support to Hezbollah.  Kourani was already in custody for entering the country illegally
through Mexico and was involved in fund raising activities on behalf of Hezbollah."
  2. "...the capture of terrorist suspect Jose Padilla.  The Justice Department says Padilla and an accomplice planned
to enter the United States through Mexico to blow up apartment buildings in major cities such as New York."
  3. "Or the case of suspected al-Qaida sleeper agent Mohammed Junaid Babar, who told investigators of a scheme
to smuggle terrorists across the Mexican border.  He is tied to a terror plot to carry out bombings and
    assassinations in London."
  4. "Intelligence reports suggesting that 25 Chechen terrorism suspects have illegally entered the United States from
Mexico have refocused attention on a porous border from which many believe the next major attack on
    Americans could come."
  5. "Also last July, an Egyptian man United States authorities described as one of their most wanted smugglers of
humans was arrested on charges of operating a ring that illegally brought people from Egypt and other Middle
Eastern countries to the United States.  The indictment says Abdallah and his associates would direct people
seeking to reach the United States to travel to one of several Latin American countries, and from there to
Guatemala.  They would then be transported to America through Mexico in return for payments of thousands of
    dollars in smuggling fees."

It is blatantly obvious even to the most casual reader that Islamic terrorists have been, and continue to, cross the
    U.S./Mexico border into America.

One of our company's operators and I  returned in mid December from a two week trip to the US/Mexico Border and I am
here to tell you that it is a far worse problem than I could
ever have imagined.  We camped on top of a hill in an extremely
remote area of the border and watched what was going on.  We also traveled along the border by airplane and drove into
extremely rough and remote areas barely accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle.  We spoke, off the record, with many
Border Patrol Agents that were on duty in these remote areas.  What we found, saw and learned is alarming to say the
very least.

We then had a six hour meeting with one of the principles from a company that we use as consultants for this project.  He
has a Masters Degree in Nuclear Physics and a Masters Degree in Health Physics (Nuclear).  He holds a Comprehensive
Board Certification in Health Physics (for hospitals and nuclear power plants).  There are only approximately 250 people in
the world with this certification and less than 50 are available for consulting work.  When it comes to radiation safety, the
effects of radiation on humans and radiation detection, this man is truly in a class by himself.  What we found out from this
meeting would cause you to lose allot of sleep.

                                 OUR MISSION

In short, we will fly the US/Mexico Border with a helicopter outfitted mission specific with:
  • our company's airborne radiation detectors which are also capable of determining the type of radiation
  • Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) Technology with a color TV camera on a gyrostabilized nose gimbal
  • satellite down link
  • GPS
  • digital video recorder
  • 15 million candle power "Nightsun" nose gimbal search light
  • night operation capable

All intelligence that we obtain including; actual radiological detection readings, FLIR video footage, GPS coordinates, date
and time, and live voice narration will be down linked to a computer at our command center.  From there it will be sent via
satellite to an undisclosed location.  If the information that we collect is given to the public, it will cause a land swell, no a tidal
wave of outcry and protest about the U.S. Governments lackadaisical border policies.  Our goal is to create enough of an
outcry to get the United States Government to close our Nations Borders.

Of course the US Border Patrol will be made aware of our mission prior to our deployment.  They will be immediately
advised of any confirmed radiological target.  The Border Patrol will then have to send in a Special Operations Unit to secure
the target.

Why, you ask, has this not been done before?  Because, we are the only ones (outside of the US Government) that have
the radiological detection equipment to do this.  The government has only two such airborne devices and theirs cost over
$5,000 per hour to operate and they are not interested in closing the border.  It has to be closed or we will loose this Great
Nation, and soon.

Please do your part in helping to save America by making a financial contribution to this mission.  We are
not looking for
donations from elderly people who are on fixed incomes, barely able to get by financially.  If you are one of these people in
this unfortunate situation and you do want to help us, please
keep your money and spread the word to people who can
afford to contribute financially and God Bless you.  I believe that we are in the eleventh hour.  Time is not on our side.
“I was born an American.  I live as an American.  I shall die an American; and I
intend to perform the duties incumbent upon me in that character to the end
of my career.  I mean to do this with absolute disregard to personal
consequences.  What are the personal consequences?  What is the individual
man with all the good or evil that may betide him, in comparison with the
good and evil which may befall a great country, and in the midst of great
transactions which concern that country’s fate?  Let the consequences be
what they will, I am careless, no man can suffer too much, and no man can fall
too soon, if he suffer or if he fall, in the defense of the liberties and
Constitution of his country.”
